    I called the Problem number (415.457.8034) to find out the status of a
    mail order and I got a voice recording.  I remember there being a
    number to call to talk to a person about a mail order question.  Does
    anyone know what that number is and what time it is available to call.

    That's the right number.  They put the recording on when noone's there,
    or if the lines are really busy.  You can call after 11:00 California
    time.

    well - i really blew it this time .. i actually *LOST* the mailaway
    order en total!  or it was removed from my desk sometime late thursday
    still not sure as I seem to have been afflicted with what Debess called
    a sever case of brain atrophy.  or perhaps 'prior damage'. 
    anyway it's all gone : m.o./3x5 card/SASE .... everything as in *ALL*.  
    
    i guess i need to go through the cancel the m.o. thing

    and it took forever to get my ca$h back. (Think it was for the
