We have recently upgraded a system which had 1x4/275 CPU to 3x4/275 CPU and 640 MB memory. The system is running DU 3.2B and Firware 3.2 with Dataflex software ver.3.05. The upgraded system is running SLOWER than 1 CPU system !! We neither can find the problem nor explain this situation to the customer who was expecting that it would get at least two times faster. What does Dataflex do (in human terms)?
What does Dataflex do (to the computer)?
Have you determined whether you are out of computes, out of memory, or
out of IO bandwidth? (All bottlenecks can be divided into 3 kinds...)
