Can anyone assist my customer with his new purchase?

I installed for my customer 5 x FR-CFCBA-CA 9.1gb drives into their PCI SWXCR 
and tried to configure them as a raid 5 set but the SWXCRMGR would only allow 
me to configure a maximum of 4 drives? This is on a Prioris HX 590.  Are these 
drives supported only with certain version of firmware and/or SWXCRMGR 
software?
