    Can someone provide me with a list of vms machine check codes for
    EV4 and EV5 (and if different for UNIX also) ????

	Some of this information in contained in the Product Fault Management Specification (PFMS). Sable/EV4 is well documented. The author was later TFSOed, and the document was never updated for EV5 and Lynx. The follow-on platforms are only documented by the source code. I could mail you a copy of the Sable/EV4 PFMS spec, but other than that I can only suggest a CD-ROM of the OpenVMS source listings. -Paul
