	URGENT...CONSOLE ENGINEERS...relpy needed for customer situation!

	Customer has an Alphaserver 2100A which was RECENTLY upgraded to SRM
console firmware V4.7-152, ARC version 4.50 with the following option
configuration.  Customer is running Windows NT V3.51(sp5) and after the console
firmware upgrade, the system will intermittently halt upon SOFT REBOOT with a
stop code of 0x0000000A in the deckspsx.sys driver.  The KZPSA is attached to a
pait of dual-redundant HSZ40-CA controllers running V3.0-3 of HSOF.  This ONLY
happens upon a SOFT REBOOT...the system will ALWAYS boot if the restart button
is pushed.  The customer has another IDENTICALLY configured 2100A that is going
to be in a cluster with this system as soon as Wolfpack is released, and it
does NOT exhibit these symptoms.  That system is NOT currently connected to the
HSZ40-CA and this may be a contributing factor...looks like a timimg issue
between the console code, HSZ40-CA, and the KZPSA-AA.  Again, this symptom was
NOT present running the older console code in the 2100A.  The BOOT_RESET EV
does not have any effect on this problem.  Any help is greatly appreciated!
