The documentation shows the 2100A Fail-safe loader switches in a top and bottom switch configuration. I have had engineers onsite saying that the switches are mount left and right. When they are mounted left and right, which switch is which and what position is on or off? Wes Gulden Colorado CSC 800-354-9000 x25592 csc32::Gulden | |||||

I think when the 2100A is in a rackmount configuration the switches are mounted left and right. In that case the left switch is the FSL UPDATE switch and the right one is the FSL ENABLE switch. The way to tell the difference is to set one to ON (DOWN) and if on power up you get an ASH> prompt on the console and a FAIL IO_00 0004 message in the OCP you have moved the FSL ENABLE switch. Wes |
