Hello!

I received the following mail from a customer today and I can't think why this
might be happening. I will suggest to him that he upgrade Scheduler to V2.1b-9
but is there anything else anyone one out there can suggest for us to try ?

VMS V6.1 DECscheduler V2.1B-4

We had a number of jobs in DECscheduler which, although their dependencies had
been completed, did not run.  The job is in a 'Scheduled' rather than
'DEP-Wait' state.  I attach here such a job and its preceeding job.

The only problem I can determine is that while no jobs were actually running,
performing a SCHED SHOW STAT was showing two job in a RUN stat.  DECscheduler
has clocked 2 SCHED DIAG events, both being 'Process message: Time-out for
non-existent record'.

Is this a known problem and can it be resolved ?  Restarting DECscheduler
resulted in the jobs running automatically.
