1197.0. "Never and job holding?" by USDEV::GERACE (Cindy Gerace @297-3884) Wed Dec 11 1996 16:48
We have a job with an interval of D 21:00, on Mon-Thurs. We set the
next_sched_time to Never, at 21:00, the job started running. I know we
can put the job on HOLD and it won't run. We think we can also remove
the interval. What does the next_run_time set to Never do? We thought
that would prevent the job from running. (It worked that way in
DECscheduler, so we carried over the assumption...)
Thanks,
- Cindy
