Hi,

I am have a problem when installing PolyCenter Scheduler V2.1b-7 on AXP 
V6.2 platform.  The agent is a VAX V6.2 running Scheduler V2.1b-1.

The Decnet proxy is working, and UCX is V4.0ECO2 and it can ping or
telnet, rlogin each other.

However, when we run a job on the agent, it always fail and give the 
following log.  (I use the Window interface).
