    customer reporting the following problem with scheduler v2.1b-9
    
    
    there is a string of jobs with every job 1 dependency and 1 dependent
    When he uses the graphical interface of sched/show job../symbols
    he sees not just 1 dependent but the same dependent 3 times or more.
    
    
    looking at the symbol SCHED$LOCAL_DEPENDENTS:
    
    PG21_TEST1_TEST,PG21_TEST1_TEST,PG21_TEST1_TEST,PG21_TEST1_TEST,
    PG21_TEST6_TEST
    
    which should be 
    PG21_TEST1_TEST,PG21_TEST6_TEST
    
    
    The same thing is ok on a vax
