    Hi,
    
    I'm running Scheduler V3.0-02 on Unix 3.2D. I seem to having problems
    running jobs from specific users and from the root account. If I
    schedule a job run it show the state as being 'JOB SLOT WAIT'.
    
    Checked maxpoc etc and all looks o.k and restarted scheduler a few
    times but still no luck.
    
    Anybody else seen this or have any ideas of what to check..
