1056.0. "SYSTEM-F-BUFFEROVF" by BACHUS::BANKEN () Wed Apr 03 1996 05:48
Hello,
VMS 6.0
SCHEDULER 2.1B-1
A dcl procedure containing a RUN/NODEBUG BASF_EXE:xyz.exe.
Customer is logged in the account that must run the job.
-> interactively => ok
-> in batch (queue sys$batch)=> ok
-> via Decscheduler in batch mode (queue sys$batch)
=> In log file we may find the following error message
SYSTEM-F-BUFFEROVF, Output buffer overflow
Customer suppose that this message is issued when the program writes records to a file (records are 1200 bytes
long) This message appears several times in the log file (each times it writes say the customer).
I really don't understand this...
Any info will be welcome.
Alain.
