The VMS system on which this file resides is going to be shut down
soon, so this notesfile has to move. Once a 6 or 7 node VAXcluster
consisting of several 11/780s, 8200s, the RUMOR cluster is now down to
a single node TRUTH, a VAX 6000 consisting of 6-3.6 VUP processors.
Paul Anderson has graciously offered to host this conference on node
HUMANE. On or about 5 PM Eastern Daylight Time on Wednesday April 30th
this file will be write-locked and it will be transmitted to its new
home. The original file will remain available read-only here until
the system shuts down on May 15th.
