Hi,

I have a customer who is trying to connect to a gka300 in sysconfig.  During
system bootup he gets the device offline error message.  
Command he is using is 
 connect gka300/noadap.

I told him to put this is systartup and it works?

The machine is a 3100 vax, v6.2 standalone.
Autoconfigure is running.

Help!

	Besides trying to connect GKA300 on a VAX 3100 running OpenVMS V6.2 what are you trying to do? This conference primarily deals with OSDS and OSMS product issues and those products do not use the GK devices. We may be able to help but a broader explaination of your problem is needed. Rob
