        Hi,

        Any idea how we best address the following issue
        of our major rwz5* reseller, Barco Grafics ?


               Barco discovered that the rwz53 reacts a little different from   
               the RWZ52,

              -  Dismount/unload on a RWZ52, ejects the RWZ52, but
                 still allows that the MO can be remounted
                 without human intervention.

              -  For the RWZ53 one need to insert the MO before it can be
                 mounted

        Could this eventually be modified by changing the Micro code,
        or is it just a mechanical limitation?

	So what exactly are they asking for? What are they trying to do here, and why? What are they using for an O/S and drivers for the '53? Full details on the issue is the best way to start to address this. If they really have a problem, formal escalation is the second step. Nothing will happen without the above. CHris
