Hello, The SWX0W part numbers are not available any more. Our customer is asking for an Optical Jukebox for an AlphaServer 1000/Windows NT. 1. Can we sell them an RW* product? 2. Which software would be most recommended to use with our optical products and Windows NT? The "StorageWorks Product Guide" mentions SCSI Express, would you recommend any other? Thanks for your help, Katya

Hi Katya, Please note that we do not have any official relationship with any NT-Optical s/w vendors at this time, but you might check with U.S. Design, and OTG. You can also contact George Pappas (prod. mgr for OSMS) and see if re can recommend another NT vendor... Joe

I have a few customers using OTG. Our partners prefers this product and has had no problems with it. Regards, JP

To all, Please reply to this note stream on any dealings you have had with optical software suppliers for NT. Please provide the name of the supplier, the date(s) of your contact, the optical hardware in use, the customers need, and results. Thanks, Rob |
