A customer wants to know if there's such a thing as an ODBC driver to allow
access from an NT client to RMS files, i.e. he wants to be able to have the rms
semantics of records and access methods exported to that platform. Does such an
interface exist?

Check out note 29 in following notesfile.  It appears to have all the
info you need on the subject.  And access to the notes conference (STAR) is
not restricted.
