Our costumer has a Prioris ZX with 4 processors. He registered the SCO Open Server license and a SMP license. Neverthless he can only see 2 processors from a total of 4. His question and mine is: Is a SMP license needed for each processor. Thanks in advance. :-)8 [Posted by WWW Notes gateway]

For Open Server 3 with MPX you had to install MPX for every CPU present. Maybe Open Server 5 / SMP works in the same way ? Rudi | |||||

With SCO V5.0 and one SMP license you will see only one additional CPU. You need to have a separate license for each CPU that you want to run. Bob Earnest |
