    I am looking for some help in pricing an old guitar made by Gibson.  It   
    is a Les Paul Artisan.  I believe they only made about 700 of these    
    back in the '70's.  It has pearl in-lays.    
    
    I am trying to find out what one of these is valued at.  They cost    
    $1100 back then and this one is in mint condition.    
    
    Any ideas?

	Someone was selling one of these in GUITAR notes recently for $1350, sounded like it was a little more worn than yours. I've generally seen them going for anywhere between $1000 and $1500. /rick
