Are there any Meatloaf fans out there? Does anyone know if he(they)
are scheduled for New England, in the near future???

I know that they were supposed to go on a world wide tour to support their
new cd but havent heard whether it started yet. Realy had a neat thing
hapen. I went to my 20th year high school reunion a few years ago to
find out that one of my old musician buddies was playing lead guitar
for Meatloaf. Dave wasnt at the re-union bu i looked him up and he got
me and my family into a meatloaf show at em lowes in worcester. It was
the first time i hd seen Dave in 18 years. I saw the band again with
dave a month later. It was dynmite. They were still doing the old show
with Paradise by the dash board light etc.
Dave has since left the band - he really didint want to do another
tour. He's playing gigs now with pick up bands including members from
the saturday night live band. Pretty neat having local boy make good.
Every time we get together I try and get a little of his talent to rub
off!
YOu might be able to find out about Meatloafs staus by calling WBCN
(or AAF's ) concert line.

Thanks for the suggestion. I had stopped looking in this file,
as there had been no responses. I thought there must be SOMEONE
out there who enjoyed the band. It's not quality, and he may
be a little dated, but the band puts on a good performance,
and it's a 'kick' ! ( I guess it pays to go to your
re-unions, eh..?)

Not great, but not complete trash either.
