I don't know the show or the song, but the Rembrandts "untitled" CD (as
opposed to their untitled CD) has a song called "Hang On to Forever" with
these lines:
You're nowhere
If you think that I'll always be there
I'll be there for you now
chorus: When you gonna open up and let me in
I can't hang on to forever baby
When you gonna let me love for you begin
Hey I don't wanna bring you down
But we've come too far to turn around
If that doesn't match up, send me a few more lines from the song if you
remember it. I have both CDs, and can check the lyrics for the song you're
looking for.... (I recommend both releases, btw. Good stuff....)

The "I don't mind at all" originally done by Bourgious Tagg, and
produced by Todd Rundgren?

705.5 | Good news/Bad news | RANGER::MAYNARD | | Tue May 30 1995 10:35 | 6 |
| Just found out this weekend that due to heavy demand from "Friends"
viewers, the song "I'll Be There For You" is included on the Rembrandts
just released CD. The bad news is that stores like Newbury Comics,
Strawberries and Cocoanuts are having trouble keeping up with demand,
so the CD is hard to find.

| The Rembrandt's new CD is titled "LP". It rocks a lot harder than I
expected, with great harmonies and interesting guitar work. There are
also people like Benmont Tench and Bill Payne backing them up.
I would recommend it.
FWIW
The Friends theme song is NOT listed on the CD-it's a bonus track that
was added on at the last minute.

| But the bad news is that they have refused to release it as a single,
so you have to buy the album.
I'm going to tape it off the radio.
