Does anyone else mentally hear a "cla clunk" everytime you hear certain songs that you once owned on 8-track ? This morning I heard Rod Stewart's "I was only Joking" on the radio, and while singing along, I mentally paused for a "cla clunk" and realized that I was flashing back to the 70's when I had that album on 8-track (the "cla clunk" is from when it switches tracks) ...just a rambling thought... -tim

You bet!!! On certain CD's, my brain automatically anticipates a few seconds of silence and the cla clunk; Queen II, Who's Next, Meaty Beaty Big & Bouncy, Tommy, Every Picture Tells A Story.......I forgot the others. Bill Message |
