I need a discography for Echo and the Bunnymen. I am trying to find the title of their first album. Anyone know if it is out on CD? Marty

And for a first album it showed a lot of promise...they never could convert their music to commercial acceptance... yes...first track of side two (at least it was seconds before i wore the lp out many years ago...and it's on the cd) got to be my favourite bunnyman lp, that and u2's boy were never off my turntable in 1980/81, and i always thought then they'd both go onto greater things...but mac and the lads never quite achieved beyond cult status. after 'the cutter' and 'new years day' entered the uk top ten in the same week, u2 rocketed upwards and onwards while echo et al continued to turn out brilliant singles, upto the killing moon era, then circumstances took a turn for the worse with the death of the drummer and mac's solo career. one of my highlights was seeing them early 1983 in sheffield on the porcupine tour, front "row" (no seats) giles |
