The following guidelines must be observed. If they are not, I may
delete the ad without notification.
o The object being sold must have a clear connection to music.
Please do not sell your car here (even if it has a radio).
o If there is another conference that has a more direct connection
to the object being sold, you must use THAT conference and not
MUSIC. For example, audio equipment ads are not accepted because
they are more appropriate for the AUDIO notesfile
o MUSIC ads are subject to the same guidelines as the classified
ads in, the now defunct, Digital This Week. In particular, we do
not accept ads for private businesses. For example, ads for DJ
services, recording studios, etc. are not permitted. This is a
corporate rule.
o When you create an ad, please mention that all correspondence must
be done by mail. Conversely PLEASE do not respond to ads by creating
replies. They will be deleted without notification.
o Ads older than 30 days will be forwarded to their author. If the
item is still for sale, then by all means repost it!
o Ticket sales should be posted as replies to Note 27. Since the
practice of "scalping" is illegal in many states, there should be
no mention of price in the file unless you are selling the tix
at face value (this does not include the agents fee) or less.

top Charvel in the late 80's, sold for better than $800 new.

Fender Super 112 in like new conditions. Very little used. Front
panel two Input Channels with channel Switching and Overdrive.
Master volume, Overdrive Volume and Gain, Treble, Mid, Bass, Reverb,
Presence, Pull Notch and Pull Bright.
Back panel: Pre-amp out, Power Amp In, Line Out, Aux Speaker.
It was two 6L6C and three 12AX tubes. One 8 ohm 12" speaker. I am not
sure what the power is, but it's LOUD. It's on casters. $475
It can be seen and tested at my house in Marlboro Mass.

| Speakers for Sale
One Pair of ESS AMT-1B speakers.
Originally, I paid $800+/- at wholesale pricing.
Asking only $250.
The speakers are large, floor-standing units. They are 2-way systems.
The bass end is handled by a 12-inch active driver to the front with
a 12-inch passive radiator to the rear. The treble end is handled by
a Heil Air-Motion-Transfer, which provides a clear and bright response.
Due to room decorating priorities, there's no longer enough floor space
in my family room to accomodate these speakers. Ergo, I'm placing them
up for sale.
They can be seen and listened to in Upton, MA.

Looking to get rid of about 100 LP's, mostly 70's and 80's rock and
pop. I've either replaced on CD or gotten tired of the stuff. Mostly
excellent condition, except for a few oldies.
I don't have all the titles written down, but if you're interested, let
me know and I'll try.
My main goal is to get them out of the house (the library doesn't even
want them). If I can convert 100 LP's into enough $$ for a couple of
CDs (even used) I'll consider myself ahead. 3 weeks from now I may be
willing to give them to anyone who'll cart them away.
Any leads on stores that buy used LP's are appreciated.

This is Ensoniq's top-of-the-line synthesizer.
Not only does it have an enormous amount of waveforms in ROM, this
unit will load and play samples from either the Ensoniq EPS series
or the new Ensoniq ASR series giving access to a vast sample library.
Other features:
o a very powerful 24 track - much more powerful than the sequencers
that other manufacturers throw into synths at the last minute.
Although I do own a PC, I have always preferred using Ensoniq's
builtin sequencers to PC-based sequencers.
Ensoniq sequencers may not have as nice a display and quite as
many esoteric features, but the things that you need to do EVERYDAY
are usually MUCH easier and accessible.
o Builtin high quality effects using the same signal processing
used in the Ensoniq DP-4 (a very high end unit). This thing
also has 64 MORE/NEW effects algorithms than the DP-4!
The new algorithms allow for a lot more combinations of effects
and much more flexible routing (by using the 2 stereo inputs
as if they were 4 discreet mono inputs)
o High density DISK drive.
o Expand Sample RAM using conventional SIMMs
o 6 MB of ROM, 6000 wave combinations (basically TWICE the amount in
the SD-1!)
o 30,000 sequencer notes expandable to 100,000.
o hyperwaves - combine up to 16 waveforms in any order.
o An extension to Transwaves called "Hyperwaves" which basically
is like Transwaves but where you can re-order the waves via
creating a list
o Filter Resonance/Q !!!!!!!!!!!!!! (You can tell they've been
listening to their customers)

it lists for $2495. This unit is in absolutely brand new condition.

Roland RD-300 Digital Piano
88 Key weighted action professional Digital Piano. Includes 3 different
piano sounds, clav, harpsichord, vibraphone and two electric pianos
sounds. All sounds are top-notch. The acoustic piano sound of this
unit is absolutely state-of-the art and very realistic.
The synth engine is a derivation of the Roland MKS-20 which uses
Structured Adaptive Synthesis.
The keyboard also functions as a MIDI controller with two zones
(upper and lower) which can be split or overlaid across the entire
keyboard. A MIDI volume slider is present for both zones.
The unit also contains a very good chorus effect and a vibrato
effect. Other controls are "brilliance" and the rate and depth
of the vibrato.
I also have a hard shell flight-rated case which I'm willing to sell
with the unit.

RAMSA WR-S212 12 channel mixer - most suited for live performance.

These are pad controllers which can be used to send signals to the PM-16
(see above) or other midi interfaces. These pads have a "special
floating construction mechanism which completely isolates the hitting
pad from the mounting stand." It's true, no false triggering.
The PD-21 pads each have one output.
The PD-31 pad has *four* outputs, allowing you to trigger up to 4
different sounds from 4 separate regions of the pad.
I am also selling a bass drum trigger pad, which is not made by Roland,
but the shape and look matches the other pads pretty well.

Hammond M3 (a 'baby' B3) electric organ w/bench and Leslie cabinet.
Approximately 35 years old. In very good condition (could
probably stand to have the electrical contacts cleaned but other
than that everything works). This is not a cheap, Casio type of
organ. It has dual keyboards and is a fine piece of furniture also (it's
somewhat of a medium maple finish). Has one octave of bass pedals.
The Leslie (a very well-known speaker cab maker for Hammond and other
organs) has a rotating horn/speaker in it to give a 'bigger' sound
and allow for variable vibrato. Matches the finish of the Hammond.

Double Palallelogram Fingerboard Inlays. Trapeze tailpiece.
100% original except: Tuners replaced about five years ago with exact
Gibson replacements. Modern volume and tone knobs installed (I have
one or two of the originals but lost the others... these are very hard
to find).
Excellent condition. No significant dings or dents to body or finish.
Some gold plating wear to pickup covers and tailpiece. Case is fine
inside and structurally sound but is clawed to tatters with some wood
showing on the outside thanks to the loving attention of several
generations of cats; a charming effect.
This guitar has always held setup and tune perfectly well. Incredible
low action... the strings are practically "painted on." A pleasure to
play and very versatile.

"Blank" audio tapes - $.25 each or best offer
I have approximately 110 audio tapes [almost all Type I] that I
used to listen to in the cars before I bought my CD players. All
have music on them and most of the labels have been filled out,
but they're still good for recording over, especially if you have
kids who like to tape radio stuff.

Early 90's Fender Telecaster For Sale
Don't let this "made in Japan" Tele fool ya, it's got one
of the fattest tones you'll hear from a Tele. The flat and thin
21 fret maple neck makes this Tele very VERY playable.
- 3 position toggle switch
- Original pickups (I changed them, but went back to the
stock p/u's because they sound so darn good... seriously, you
really got to hear these pickups!
- Color? Well, it's a kinda yellowish in color, but very cool...
almost translucent, since you can see some wood grain underneath.
It's not a "bright" yellow.
- Very good condition (ie; unlike my '69 Strat ;^) )
- Hard case included.
- Priced to move at $225.00
