| Foghat still exists in name only. The original members were Dave
Peverett and Rod Price on guitars, Tony Stevens on bass and Roger Earl
on drums. They went through a couple of bass players and finally both
guitarists left. With Earl on drums, the band continues to play US
clubs (they all located here from the UK back in the 70s) basically
slogging out the old hits and threatening new recordings.
Two years since an album? Seems to me it's been more like ten years!

Didn't Andy Pyle, the bassist from Blodwyn Pig, wind up with Foghat
around 1970 ?

| These guys are still touring...been around here (S.C) a couple of
times since the orignals left the group.
Had some good time growing up with the sound of Foghat..lot's of
memories!
To me "Energized" was the best album they out out, with "FFTC" next
I guess. "Live" was a clear version for it's time. But I'll give the
nod to "Energized" Great album!
