        House in South Wolfeboro on Lake Winnipesaukee.   House
        surrounded by mature white pines.   15' from the water.
        8' x 40' crib dock.    Dock gets sun from
        about 9:30 in the morning until sunset.   Front porch
        with views to western side of lake.   There is a shallow
        area suitable for small children, and the water is 6 feet
        deep off end of dock.    Boat traffic in this area is
        light.   Numerous islands are in easy canoeing distance.
        Rent includes use of sunfish.
        Walking distance to downtown, but still very private.
	Nonsmokers only.
