As you are now aware, both Deb Charpentier and Walt Tucker are leaving Digital

5/10/97. This memo will summarize the changes that will take place  effective 
5/12/97 to manage the LMS product until it is later replaced by SAP R/3. 
Also, attached are the latest updated Hotline and Release process documents 
that can also be found in the LMS notes file located at the URL address:    
http://lms.mro.dec.com/

Control Point: The SCU (Solution Creation Unit, Managed by Walt and Deb) 
will be relocated to Digital PSG (Production Systems Group) the LMS
application
 will be the responsibility of Linda Vaughan who can be reached at 
@1-508-467-6139, Email [email protected], or mail at MRO1-2/S9,
Linda Vaughan, 200 Forest Street, Marlboro Ma., 01752-3011. 
She can receive faxes to her attention at 1-508-467-5018. As in the past, 
all LMS modifications requests/fulfillment's, and site communication 
correspondence should be communicated to Linda Vaughan. 


Site Process Changes: The sites must modify their practices to provide 
themselves with day to day Question/Answers via onsite test environments. 
Hotlines will be called into MFA utilizing the 1-800 Hotline process (as 
outlined in the Hotline process document)at all hours the site chooses for 
warrantee coverag. All Hotlines must be documented using Hotline process 
and formats. See Notes 45.14 and 47.3
