    I'm aggressively interviewing candidates for in-home daycare and am
    very interested in signing a contract with the provider.  Rather than
    reinvent the wheel, I thought I'd ask if anyone has a contract that
    they would be willing to include here.
    
    I'm sure others would find this valuable too.

|     Actually, I goofed a bit in the basenote.   I need a contract for
    family daycare, not in-home care.  But I'm sure that contracts for
    either type of care would be appreciated.

|     There are a number of notes with the information you need in the old
    parenting notes file (and/or the one before that!)  There is more than
    one list of questions/issues to base a contract on, such as hours and
    payments and who provides what.
