I'm considering getting an Evenflo American Glider swing and wondered if anyone else has experience with one? Our family room is small and since Kathryne was born we've added more furniture which makes it about impossible to accomodate a full-sized baby swing. (not to mention I've already sold it...). I wondered if anyone found this model as "effective" as a regular swing? Thanks, Liz ps, contact by mail if you prefer

Liz, My sister purchased the glider swing for the same reason, lack of room. Her baby did not like the glider. However, when she borrowed mine, which is a regular swing, the baby loved it and will happily swing for hours. She said the glider just doesn't have the same motion and if given a choice of one or the other she would use the regular swing. Since she has both, she said she does use the glider when she's working in the kitchen because she can put it on the kitchen table. However, babies vary and this is only one case...... |
