I'd like to take my sons to Great Adventures sometime in the fall. We went to Disney last summer and the lines were unbelievable! So I figure I can beat the crowds by going in the fall. How late in the fall season does Six Flags remain open? Are the rates cheaper in the fall? What are the prices for Adult/Child tickets? Do you think one day is sufficient? If returning for a second day visit do you have to purchase another ticket?

Great Adventure isn't that big a park. One day is probably fine. From a discount coupon I have in front of me, it looks like the park is open to the end of October; but I bet those water rides aren't fun then. 8-D cheryl | |||||

Great Adventure is only open on the weekends until the end of October. Most of the water rides are shut down or will shut down shortly. The later in the season you wait, the shorter the lines get. Also, sometime in October they start their "Fright Fest" or whatever they call it. The park is decorated for Halloween and they add a "Haunted Hayride". Dave |
