They are also in The Right Start catalog. cheaper than
the Nashbar, but still not cheap. Huffy makes them.
I would try calling bike stores, as Huffy is a major
bicycle manufacturer. (Try the family bike type bicycle
store, not the serious cyclist type).
The REI Coop (based out of Seattle, I think) sells the
Baby Jogger. Better made than the Huffy, also more
expensive. Don't know where you are, but there is an
REI store in Andover, MA, and other cities.

Gerry also makes one that is $100 less than the NASHBAR.

I saw a double Huffy baby jogger that can be converted to a bicycle
carrier at BJ's Warehouse store for an incredible price of 165.00!!
This is about 80$ cheaper than the same one at The Sport Authority.

I have the Huffy Tow and Stroll. It is convertable from a jogger to
tow behind a bicycle. It is excellent. We just used it all week at
Cape Cod with my son.
We loved it.. I think its definatley worth the money to buy a
convertable one...espically if you like to ride bikes!

777.6 | Who has one? | SALEM::ALEXANDER_D | Don't stop believing | Mon Apr 08 1996 11:26 | 24 |
| We are looking into buying one of these twin joggers. I'm
looking for recommendations from people who already have one
before we spend the big money. We have 7 month old twins and
would be using alot this summer up in Maine and also just
around the neighborhood.
We want one that can convert to be used on the back of
a bike...hubby bikes alot. But we also want a high
quality one that will last a few years.
Are there double ones that fold up enough to fit in
a trunk?
I know with our regular stroller I wished we had done more
upfront research. The one we have is a side by side that
only has the kids facing away from me and so the wind and
sun is always a problem outside.
So I guess I'd like to know...
Do you have one? Do you like it? What features do you like and
what features do you hate?
Thanks,
Deb (who want's to buy the right thing this time)

777.7 | Burley De'Lite Bike Trailer/Jog Stroller | COOKIE::MUNNS | dave | Mon Apr 15 1996 16:53 | 14 |
| The Burley De'Lite Trailer is a very nice bike trailer for 2 kids that
also converts (when you purchase the extra hardware) to a jogging
stroller. The wheels have a quick release mechanism and the trailer
folds up easily and quickly - a matter of releasing 2 pins and folding.
Retail price is $375 but you can usually get a significant (25%) discount
if you find the right bike shop.
We use our's as a bike trailer and it is fantastic. We don't use it
for jogging, but would expect it to be very stable. It is very light,
17 lbs and we put our 8 month old in her car seat and strap that in.
She falls asleep within 5 minutes and is good for an hour.
Definitely worth the price ! Resale value is good too. Contact bike
shops for new trailers or scan the classifieds for used ones.
