    We purchased a Teddi Ruxbin (sp?) and I noticed that his mouth makes
    more noise than his tapes.  The paperwork written for him doesn't match
    the product at all......but it did says that the mouth will make some
    noise.
    
    The Teddi one of my girlfriends has for her child has actual cassettes
    and volume control.  The new Teddi (about $15 cheaper & 2 inches
    smaller...kinda ugly too) has special cassettes and no volume control.
    
    Does anyone know anything about Teddi and his noise?  
    
    I wish I could have purchased the old Teddi.  My daughter really wants
    him for Christmas, but I was so upset (when we played him to test him
    out) that the noise was loud..........I actually found it annoying and 
    so did my husband.  I don't know if I have a defected Teddi or this is
    how it really is.  I'm also thinking whether I should just return him
    after x-mas and get big bird (who also talks).
