|  |     Have you tried calling them...the office is in Shrewsbury.
    I contacted them quite a few months ago via phone.  I don't have their
    number with me but I do have it at home if you need it.

     Yes I have been calling them two to three thime a week for the
    last two month. The problem is I put an order in with them on 
    April-05 to expand the carrage for my two children. The cashed 
    my check but did not send my order. Two week ago I went and 
    picked up part of my and told them to give me my money back on the
    rest. They said that it would take 10 days. In 90% of all the phone
    calls that I made they where to an answering machine and they NEVER 
    returned one of them. I called the B.B.B. and they said they have 
    eight recent complaints on them. I also talked th the Manufacrurer
    and they also said that that have many complaints about them. I
    want to do to things. One I want my money back, and two I want to
    let everyone to know what kind of service they will have with the
    product once buy it. If anyone would like to know what are the good
    and bads about the product please send me mail. You have to spend
    a lot of money for this stuff, and when you are a new parent want
    every thing to be safe. Thay got me, bot did I make a mastake.

    Here in the NY area there is a consumer alert show called
    Shame on You and they were featured. Evidently some 
    branches are pretty shady and rip people off, others 
    were ok. I would avoid them or call Better Business Bureau.

|  |     Regarding reply 4. It is to late to avoid them, I have had 
    there product for well over 1 1/2 years. I am trying to 
    get in touch with them to to resolve a problem. But they
    do not return phone calls. And when I do speek to them
    they tell me that it was shipped or it will be resolved
    in 10 days. Tow monthe later I still have a problem. Last
    night my wife and I had to go ouy and buy a double stroller
    because we can not use what we have. What I would like to
    know is if any one could tell me where there next show is.
    Thank you for the information about the information on NY.
    I did not know that they were that big of a company. If
    any thing at all comes out of this. I can warn new or
    expecting parents what to watch out for.

    will be. Or where they have ben held in the past. If anyone wants
