                           Our First Annual Group Trip
                                      to
                               CAP d'AGDE, FRANCE
                                July 17-August 1

Come join us in the city on the French Mediterranean of 40,000 Naturists,
during its most perfect time of year!!!  There are shopping centers, banks,
doctors offices, apartment complexes, swimming pools and a huge beach, ALL
COMPLETELY CLOTHING OPTIONAL!!!  We expect to make a trip an annual event, 
so come join the fun as we make Naturist History!!

To keep rates low, room sharing for singles and couples will be coordinated by 
Robin Skinner.  Family accomodations will be handled by Nicky Hoffman.  We 
will make our best attempts to arrange rooms by price and personal preferences 
(ex. gender/smoking/early-late risers/noise-snoring considerations,etc).  A
form requesting preferences will be sent when we receive your deposit.

Rates are per person for two weeks (one week accomodations are also possible)
and include roundtrip transfers, 14 nights accomodations, access to swimming
pool, Peng Travel Club activities including Beach Party and services of on-site
representatives.  Land only rates are the same, but do not include transfers.

                               SHARE RATES (per person)
$340 - $380 + Airfare (6 persons per apartment)
$390 - $430 + Airfare (5 persons per apartment)
$440 - $510 + Airfare (4 persons per apartment)
$540 - $580 + Airfare (3 persons per apartment)
$700 - $760 + Airfare (2 persons per apartment)

                            PRIVATE APARTMENTS (per person)
Single = $1230 - $1330 + Airfare
Double =  $690 -  $870 + Airfare

                             CHILDREN'S RATES
$50 per child (for two weeks) + Airfare in same apartment as parent.

All rates are subject to change. Rates are based on the Dollar/Franc/Pound ratio
on February 5, 1993.   Any decrease in U.S. Dollar value will be reflected in a
surcharge on your final bill.  Any increase will result in a refund.  Final rate
is "locked in" the date we receive your final payment.

                             PAYMENT PROCEDURES
An immediate non-refundable $100 per person deposit is required for 
reservations.  Balance of the cost is due May 17.  All payments (except airfare)
must be paid by check.  Credit cards are accepted for the air portion only.

Airfare due date will be given to you when you make the booking.  Some fares
require immediate purchase, some require purchase two weeks after reservations 
are made, some require purchase one month in advance.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES:  Deposit not refundable at any time.  Substitutes may be
made until airfare is booked.  All air tickets are nonrefundable once ticketed.
No airfares are guaranteed until ticketed.  50% of total cost if cancelled 
April 17-May 16.  75% if cancelled May 17-June 16.  No refunds after June 17.
