Has anyone ever been to Somerset Reservoir/Grout Pond in the Green
Mountain National Forest, in southern Vermont? We saw the listing
in the new World Guide, and drove out there yesterday. The reservoir
is enormous, and easy to find, however, I didn't understand where
the C/O areas were supposed to be. Since it was such a sunny day, we
just made our own :-) Also, they mention something about trails to
Grout Pond. We didn't find these at all.
Has anyone had better luck?
