    For Sale - Carribean Clear (TM) Pool Purification System for

A relative of mine ordered one for somebody then they backed out for $$ reasons
after the 30-day money-back guarantee expired.  I'm posting this to help him 
out. No profit involved - he just wants to recoup his money.  I have one on my
pool and its great.


Below is a paraphrased version of the manufacturer's marketing claims:

Uses copper and silver ionization technique for purifying water.  You will
never need to use chlorine or chlorine-substitutes again.  Pays for itself in 5
years by never having to buy purification and anti-algae chemicals again. 
Also, pool/spa maintenance is reduced dramatically to a simple, once-a-week
check of things like ph balance.  Safe for plumbing and filters also.
    
Enjoy swimming in your pool for as long as you like without worrying about the
health hazards of chlorine and its substitutes.  Emerge feeling soft and
cleansed - just like after swimming in a clear lake.
    
To illustrate the safety of this system versus chlorine and its substitutes,
people with indoor pools say plants thrive around their pool.  With chlorine,
plants would be sickly or die.  Also, these people report a fresh water smell
in their pool room instead of the chloramine gas smell.  Dogs drink the pool 
water purified by this system - but turn away from chlorinated or Bacquacil 
pools.  I'm told fish can survive in pool water treated by this system, but
need to be fed daily because there is no bacteria for them.   Garland, Texas
uses a similar  system for its drinking water supply.  Toronto is considering
