My S/O and I have made an offer on a house in Black Forest.
It's secluded and private, yet just 15 minutes away from
Colorado Springs. It's a modern passive solor affair,
with redwood deck and brick patio, very open and perfect
for entertaining. If the deal goes through, we're planning
a CO House Warming (a first?) and want to extend an open
invitation to all of you C.S. Naturism noters to join us
for an afternoon of sun and fun at our new place. I'll
post details as a reply to this note when we know more.
