    	At the back of the Travel section of the Globe & Mail, on March
    10th, I came across an advertisement that appears as though it is 
    promoted by the Canadian government.  It has the government travel
    logo in the ad (logo reads CANADA, The Place Next Door, and has a
    Canadian flag above the last "A" in "CANADA").
    
    	There is a picture in the ad, of a naked man jumping off of a
    rock/cliff into the water down below.  The ad reads:
    
    			BARE YOUR SOUL ON BAFFIN ISLAND

    		Canadian Artic.
