| | Excuse it, but I couldn't resist it!

With all that land, and I'm sure all that curruption which go there
from normal political activities, I can't see what's so shocking about
setting aside (or whatever they would call it) a spot for people to do
what people did a couple of continent shifts ago.

You know what started all this tsk tsk stuff? The Natural History
Museums, that's what! You see they distorted the view of the Cave
People when they made all those dioramas (or however you spell 'em).
They put skins on the cavepeople! Stuff and nonsense.

I can prove it: Ever see that beautiful PBS program called "Nomads of
the Rain Forest?" Everyone absolutely naked and runnig around even
without shoes! And, when you look around there weren't any more
children per square foot than in our so-called civilization.

Anyone hereabouts who missed it can make arrangements to borrow my
    tape. (But bring it BACK!)

That TENNVAL has been a thorn in my side for a long time. Shame on
them is all I can say.

| | De Fault is with the TVA! Default is with US.
Similarly, I was watching a TV show on PBS (I think) last night. They
were spending a lot of time discussing how parents should speak to
    children about sex.
Then they showed some fun games they thought up to slide the mommas and
the poppas and their follow-ups into the subject.
Then I began to recall a few beach scenes (one in which I was a bit
player), when the beautiful kids were all completely occupied with the
serious business of having a good time. It mattered not whether they
were playing volleyball with guys or girls, they were playing volley
    ball and were having fun.
Bet their parents don't have problems talking to them!
Now about he TVA. I wonder how they would phrase a law that forces
human beings into the non default status? You have a point there.
Think of a few other default state they would have to address (or
undress) to be consistent: Breathing air DIRECTLY through the nose?
    Cover it up, of course.
Contact glasses would be required, only they would make them opaque (as
their brains). Not so you couldn't see out, but so nobody could see
    IN!
Since our Constitution states that everyone has equal opportunity in
this country, I presume that also applies to all parts of everyone. If
the face can hang out everywhere (after all a breathing tube could be
required, then we could all wear masks).
Hence the legal term: "Magnum Suspendium!" or "Let it All Hang Out!"
With that tradition, what grounds does the TVA have (except those
    thousands of acres)?
    Stan/
I can hardly wait for the rest of them.
Wonder if that could be considered a point of law? Which came first
the person or the person's clothes? Let's all go down the the
    maternity ward and see!

| | Well you cant always change the mind over night. So do what I do.
Go out and use the area for nude recreation, stay to the more remote
areas and just do it. I have the same problem nude back packing
in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. I am the Bare Back Packing
SIG leader for the New England Naturists. I always wanted to back
pack nude in the white mountains. In New Hampshire public nudity
is a no no and even though you are on federal land where therre
is no specific law saying you cant go nude I think, you can still
have problems if you do not use some level of common sense. Like
stay away form the high traaffic areas.
So far after three seasons and getting ready for my fourth season
I have not had any problems on any of my trips. If you are intrested
in more information refer to note 130 I am using that note to create
an awareness of nude back packing in the White Mountains and how
to join me and those who go with me if you are intrested.
