184.0. "Naturist Visitor" by AUSSIE::BELL (Sine Nomine) Wed Jul 05 1989 04:40

Hi all,

    I hope you all enjoyed your 4th of July Holiday(s), while we lesser
    beings continued slaving away here in Winter Land.

    It looks as if I will be in the USA (Merrimack NH) for 3 or 4 weeks
    starting sometime in the week of the 17th of July. I hope to have
    some time free to enjoy the summer sun (SPF15 filtered) all over,
    and would enjoy some company, and help finding suitable places,
    (I do read this file and know of names like Moonstone, Ledges, etc.
    but without a map or local knowledge I don't fancy my chances of
    finding them)

    Drop me a EM with DTN number and suggestions, and I will ring you
    when I arrive, and recover from my jet lag :-).

    I now have my trip all booked, I will be in Merrimack from the 20th
    of July, until the 11th of August, that gives me three weekends
    to bake on a good all over tan.

    I'll look forward to meeting you all :-)

    Well, the time has come (where I have I heard that before?) to say
    goodbye, I'll be leaving New England early tomorrow morning. I have
    greatly enjoyed my month here.

    Many thanks to all who have given me directions, or traveled with me to
    various secluded spots which I would never have found without your
    help.

    Do let me know if you are heading towards Sydney, and I'll try and
    return the favors.

Happy Nuding,

    Peter.

184.7Have a safe trip home!GENRAL::KILGORECoyote Clan MemberTue Aug 22 1989 17:0711
Had a most enjoyable dinner and visit with Peter last night. He got to drop
by for a couple short days in Colorado Springs. After dinner, we took him to
the Garden of the Gods and Palmer Park. GotG is a city park of beautiful red
spires. Unfortunately, it got too dark around here and we saw mostly shadows.
PP is also a city park where you can view the city lights from atop a butte.

I could tell Peter was really missing his family and was eager to head home.
It was a special evening. Thanks for taking the time to share it with us,
Peter! Best wishes for a safe journey home!

184.11See you on the trail some day!USWAV1::REIDThu Dec 07 1989 23:389
    Peter check my bare back packing schedule for next season incase
    you can convince those who need convincing to send you back to
    Merrimack for a refresher. That way you can target a trip possible.
    Who knows what can happen in DECland. Anything is possible. When
    I started with DEC in 1972 I never dreamed I would sell but after
    18 years I have been selling now for 9 years. So anything is possible.
    See you on the trail.

Its only a quick visit this time, looks like 17-Nov-1991 to 24-Nov in Merrimack
NH. and a day or two in Chicago on the way home. Any offers of hot tubs,
social outings welcome.

Unfortunatly I don't arrive in Boston till 10:30 PM so I miss the NENA swim :-(

regards,

Peter.
