Does anyone know where I might find Waring blenders? Consumer Reports rated the Waring Touch Blend very high, but we can't seem to find it in the local Boston suburban outlets. (Lechmere, Service Mdse, etc.). Thanks for the help. Art [email protected] Art Greenberg (on Exchange)

The Waring company was founded by Fred Waring, the leader of a PA-based chorus that was very famous in the 1940-60 time frame. I assume they have long since sold out to a larger company and moved their headquarters out of PA. | |||||

(Lechmere, Service Mdse, etc.). I don't know about that particular model, but Waring blenders are very popular in the bar and restaurant business and are readily available at restaurant supply stores. -Hal |
