Has anyone had any experience with New York Carpet World?
I am really concerned with the quality. I like the rug, however,
I want to make sure I am getting my money's worth.

We had NY Carpet World install some Burber (sp?) carpet in our
house. Quality of the carpet was good, quality of the pad was
good, and the independent installer was good. It's held up
well for the 2 years we've had it, and the price was very
competitive.
On the other hand, if you have any thoughts of using their
"customer is always satisfied" clause and having something
done, send me some e-mail offline. Be VERY careful as to where
seams, etc, are placed by the measuring person.
