I am writing for a non-digital person but a cat owner/lover....
She has told me that her kittie (Fluffie) has been diagnoised (0ps!) with
Pancreatitis. Mod if there is a better place for this please forgive
and move...
Fluff is 17 years old.. My friend does understand that she should do
what is best for fluffie.. What she is wondering is, would/is it
worth while to put Fluff through a lot of testing???
I told her I would put a note in the feline notesfile and see what kind
of responses come back.. She has brought Fluff to the vets for this..
I do think that she is just getting off of the medicine when she
started acting sick again.......
She would welcome any and all advice.........
*joyce

I think she should have a talk with her vet about the situation
and her options. My vet is very good about discussing this
kind of thing. Also, the Cornell Vet School has a hot line
at 1-800-548-8937; I think they charge about $25 for a phone
consultation with a specialist, although when I called them the vet
tech who answered the phone was able to answer all my questions, and
there was no charge.
