    	For those of you who live in the Massachusetts / Rhode Island area
    and would like to attend the 2nd Annual Candlelight Vigil in observance
    of National Homeless Animals, here are the details.

    		 An American Tragedy Dog and Cat Overpopulation

    	Vigil Time:		7 PM / sunset (bring a candle to light)
         			Saturday, August 20, 1994

    Candlelight Vigils held coast to coast.  The vigils call attention to
    the estimated 12 to 17 million homeless dogs and cats born to die each
    year in America."
