| Contact the closest German Consulate. I took my cat to Spain in the
'60's when I was in the USAF, and all they needed was a health
certificate from a licensed vet. We also had to have one from a Spanish
Vet when we left, but that was all...

Thanks for the feedback. The consultant found out that Bob (as in
Steffi &) was correct. There is no quarantine in Germany.
