    Multi-disk CD Players
    I am about to purchase a MDCDP and I need some data.
    I have read praises of Sony's carousel player elsewhere in the Notes
    Files but I don't think that it offers the ability to store disks
    in groups or classes of music. Sony does offer a 10 disk cartridge
    system but to me 10 seems like overkill. Several manufacturers offer
    6 disk cartridges and that "feels" like a good number. Some types
    of cartridge have trays which are hinged at one corner and some
    have trays which slide in a linear motion....is one method better?.
    
    I have seen a Kenwood model that offers a single disk drawer in
    parallel with the 6 disk cartridge, it seems logical and well featured
    but I have no personal experience with Kenwood components, their
    quality, reliability, maintainability etc.
    
    I look for the "Wisdom of the Notes File"
