I have recently acquired the eponymous "Mike and the Mechanics" and their current "Living Years" release, both from MusicLand in the Burlington Mall. The quality of the sound belies the Analog recordings. Both good value at $7.99 (plus tax). Andy

Can you give me a run down - like who's performing? Is it up to the quality of the first Mike + the Mechanics? Same sound as the first M+M? Playing time? Your opinion of this CD vs the first M and M CD? Dave

Personnel: Mike Rutherford, Paul Carrack, Paul Young, Adrian Lee, Pete Van Hooke. Sound: Simlar to M+TM. Playing time: around 51 minutes Very good, if you've heard "Living years" and "Nobody's Perfect" on the radion, you'll have no surprises. Andy

I stopped by the MusicLand in Natick and the CD was $16.99. The guy there said that it was never lower in price. I think you lucked out. Steve
