    This for people in New England, New York state and Florida.
    
    	I have noticed in several notes that people have been told that
    a certain model has been "discontinued" by LECHMERE, and they take
    that to mean that the item will no longer be made available. This
    is not true. When an item is "discontinued" at Lechmere, it means
    simply that Lechmere is going to stop carrying it. Although a number
    of times it may concide with the end of a model year, it is more
    of a ploy to carry the more expensive model. However where it is
    out of stock in one store, an other store may have dozens of them.
    The best Lechmere I have found to carry most everything in Mass.
    is the Woburn store. Worst place is the Dedham store on most any-
    thing.
