1436.0. "Journey" by GRANPA::DLEADER (Dave Leader @EJO) Mon Dec 19 1988 09:26

    I've seen "Journey's Greatest Hits" on sale recently. Has anyone
    picked up on this CD? I'm interested to hear if it's cleanly recorded
    before I buy!

1436.1No pop, no hiss, no fuzz where it shouldn't be...HPSCAD::WALLStonehenge was a prankMon Dec 19 1988 10:056

    I was just listening to it this morning. As far as I can tell,
    everything is as clean as a whistle, including the comparitively
    ancient "Wheel in the Sky."

       It's the best Journey ever! So far except for my Lynard Skynard
    CD, the Journey is my favorite and the sound is great! I bought
    it at Sound Warehouse for $11.99 on sale.

1436.3Sounds good to me!LAGUNA::SEIDMANFear ConsultantTue Jan 10 1989 16:4512
    I always thought Journey put out pretty good quality recordings
    on vinyl.

    I picked up on the CD in hopes it would carry on their tradition
    of sonic quality. And Guess what? No objections here (hear?).

    Great quality on some old favorites that my vinyl versions no longer
    do justice to.

    I recommend it.
