    I am a  new CD fan living in the UK -- having been lucky enough to find
    this notes file I was wondering if somebody could help me -- maybe
    from the USA.
    
    I am trying to get hold of an Art Garkfunkel CD called "Scissor
    Cut" which was brought out a couple of years ago. Unfortunately
    I cannot purchase this in the UK. Virgin record stores will get
    it on import for me but they want �27 pounds for it!!!This seems
    a bit costly and my bank manager is concerned about my current CD
    consumption rate. Is it possible for me to order it from the US
    myself? In otherwords can somebody give details of a cheap/reliable
    distributor. Alternatively could I get a CD in the UK which is
    difficult to get abroad and do a trade?
